Terms of Service

HoodVpn resells VPN access. You buy time-limited accounts using an on-chain balance, and connect using OpenVPN or WireGuard, or through our Chrome extension.

The VPN servers are operated by an upstream provider, not by us. We are responsible for your account, your balance, and the browser bridge.

• Your wallet is your account. Whoever controls it controls the account, so protect your keys — we cannot restore access to a lost wallet, and we cannot move an account between wallets.
• Deposits must come from the wallet you signed in with. Funds sent from another wallet cannot be credited to you.
• Send only native ETH on Robinhood Chain. Tokens, or funds sent on any other network, cannot be recovered.
• Extension tokens can spend your balance. Treat them like a password and revoke them if exposed.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and using the service must be legal there.

• Prices are shown in USD and charged from your balance. The ETH amount for a deposit is calculated at the exchange rate when you deposit.
• Plans run for a fixed number of days from purchase. When a plan expires, access stops until you renew.
• We may change prices. Changes never affect a plan you have already bought.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

A VPN account supports one active connection. Using the same account in the browser extension and on another device at the same time will interrupt one of them. Buy separate plans for separate devices.

A VPN is for privacy, not immunity. Do not use HoodVpn to:

• Break the law in your country or the country the server sits in.
• Send spam, run phishing, or distribute malware.
• Attack, scan, or overload other systems, including denial-of-service attacks.
• Commit fraud, launder money, or evade sanctions.
• Access or distribute child sexual abuse material — this is reported and terminated without warning or refund.
• Resell or share your account with others, or run it as a public proxy.
• Interfere with our infrastructure, or attempt to bypass authentication and rate limits.

Breaking these rules ends your access with no refund. Serious abuse is reported to the relevant authorities and to our upstream provider, who may block the account independently of us.

• Uninterrupted service. Servers go down, providers have outages, and networks fail.
• That any particular site works. Streaming platforms, banks and governments actively block VPN IP addresses.
• Any particular speed. Routing through a VPN — and especially through the browser bridge — adds latency.
• That the extension protects anything beyond your browser. Other applications keep using your normal connection.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the plan in question.

We may suspend an account for acceptable-use violations, or where continuing would put our upstream provider's service at risk. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue something you have already paid for, we will refund the unused portion to your balance.

HoodVpn is an independent service. It is not owned by, operated by, or endorsed by Robinhood. We accept payment on Robinhood Chain; that is the extent of the relationship.
